About the Book

This is a story about a journey from death to life, Sarah Taggart's battle with illness and midlife crisis, and her personal conversion from secular materialism to a life of Christian faith. Chapters called: Weeding the Garden, Encountering the Holy Spirit, Paved with Good Intentions, and A Sacred Heart describe significant influences that led to the author's passionate love for the church. She is convinced that spirituality and the church go together and that one has no true meaning without the other.

About the Author

Sarah Taggart is a retired social worker and college teacher. In addition to this book, she has published two novels, a mental health textbook, and a book of poetry. She and her husband live in Ann Arbor, Michigan. They have three sons and six grandchildren.
