By God's Grace

About the Book

Growing up and living with an abusive father and having a Mother who became very sick and having six brothers that needed love and help I could not forget them and tried to help as much as I could. I did not have a lot of money, trying to keep a home for my husband and I and then helping with them it was very hard. God's grace helped us through.

There were times in my life I have ask God why was I born. So much to cope with at a young age and having a lot of responsibility. All my brothers had to grow up fast and I thank God I was there for them.

About the Author

Vivian McClaugherty was born in Tazewell, Va. She and her husband moved to Winston-Salem North Carolina, and Vivian worked for Sara Lee Hoseiry for forty-two and one half years. She also went to North Carolina State University and studied Photography. Vivian then opened a photography studio. She took portraits and was a wedding photographer. She and her husband traveled as much as they could. She wanted to see what all God had created.
