About the Book

Take a stroll down memory lane and read this collection of well written news reports created by Mr. D. Krasowski’s grade 5/6 class. Read about the successes and disappointments at the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City, Utah. Each student in Mr. Krasowski’s class was to choose a country participating in the Winter Olympics and assume the role of a reporter covering that country’s progress. The students exceeded my expectations and wrote captivating news articles and opinionated editorials, not to mention very humorous cartoons. A tip of the hat to all the students from the 2001-2002 school year from Mr. Krasowski’s class on a job well done.
