Jake Davis, aka Jak, has lived a hard life and as that life is coming to an end Jak reflects back upon his life and leads you through a world of pain, happiness, and anger. That life would be the transformation from child to adult. Losing many of those close to him from such things as drunk driving, suicide and many other tragedies, Jak some how finds a way to go on with his life despite the pain he feels inside. At an age when everything is changing follow Jak and his story and see the side of a young adult you may never have seen before. That's because for Jak, nothing is simple nor is it easy to explain. Sometimes everything isn't what it may appear to be.

About the Author

Thomas Prange was born March 28, 1988 in Helena, Montana. He grew up most of his life in Wurtsboro, New York where he still lives and attends Monticello High School. Usually writing short humorous stories, Tom felt an urge to expand his writing ability. To do so Tom has ventured into novel writing in which he hopes to share a new view of life with the world.
