About the Book

Jonesy is an adventurous little Chinese Pug Dog who is so inquisitive that he gets into trouble. He and his master, Bob, are best friends, and these books are really about friendship. Whether Jonesy goes running loose on the streets of Valencia, Spain, or whether they are visiting Bob's family in the mountain city of Big Bear, California, Jonesy is always anxious to learn something new, and to have fun. He and his canine friends Miss Millie, Mulligan and Daisy invent new card games together, and they start a Sekret Skool to learn about what makes it rain, and about journalism, and about the tragic career of Orson Welles. Whether it be by attempting to learn to read, or by watching really good, classic movies, these dogs aim always aim to better themselves. Jonesy is a fun little dog, and very smart, and very funny.

About the Author

Terry Seal is a dog lover who was born on tax day in Fort Collins, Colorado, he has lived in Victorville, California since 1965 on a house on a hillside with over 1,000 books and his Chinese Pug Dog Jonesy. Miss Millie and Daisy live next door.
