About the Book

Journey of a Woman offers the reader an insightful look into the life of one woman as she struggles to regain the strength, self esteem, confidence and faith she lost in the valleys of despair. The journey takes her through the rough terrain of life's disappointments, heartache, and loss.

Journey of a Woman speaks of the destroyer-verbal abuse. Physical abuse is most recognized, yet verbal abuse destroys a person emotionally and leaves them depleted of all God intended for their lives.

The story concludes with the woman's realization that the God she thought had abandoned her was with her all along, preparing her for a life of love and service to Him. She realizes God has given her an awesome testimony, insurmountable faith, and His hand gently guiding her through the blinding fog of life.

About the Author

S.P. Kent lives in Atlanta and is the divorced mother of 3 children and grandmother to a new grandchild. This is an autobiographical account of the many roads with life has taken her down ending in a joyous realization of the Lord of her life.
