About the Author

Lee Rademacher teaches political science and freshman success courses at Purdue University Calumet, in Hammond, Indiana. He has a Ph.D. in political science from Purdue University. He has published in the area of developmental education and political science, and co-edits the online journal Retention Success, published by Noel Levitz.
