Don Tapping has spent the last 25 years to eliminate waste in the manufacturing, high tech and medical fields. Tapping directed Lean implementation at Eaton?Aerospace, Schlumberger Technologies, Tyco International and others. Tapping worked mostly with suppliers and their need for Lean information in the job shop and small manufacturing environment.
