About the Book

Essence of a Life is a collection of poems of human emotions. Emotions we experience each day and throughout our life. This book entertains the idea of love as well as the fear of being loved.

About the Author

I am a single mom with two boys. I live in Westport Connecticut. A Kidney pancreas transplant survivor. I am a great believer in doing for others because I have been so blessed in my life. Past student of Connecticut College who majored in journalism.
