About the Author
Dr. Glasscock has been an independent management consultant for 50 years. He is acknowledged as an original thinker in the areas of leadership and organization development. He has made substantial contributions to the growth of Merck and Johnson & Johnson, two of the organizations that are always on the Fortune list of Most Admired Companies.
He has interviewed more than 10,000 executives. He?s conducted intensive, one-week training sessions on leadership for 3000 managers from more than 200 companies. He was Adjunct Professor of Cornell University?s School of Labor and Industrial Relations and served as a member of the Board of Directors of Primex Technologies. Dr. Glasscock grew up in Kansas City, Missouri and received a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Washington University at St. Louis. He was first in his class.
