About the Book

Tim Meller is a boy headed to adolescence carrying a backpack of deep sorrows-ever since his parents' deaths, nothing has been the same. On his way for the first time to a boarding school his Grandfather enrolled him at, Tim learns secrets behind his family's past; secrets that may have to do with a Gift granted to Tim at birth. On his way to unveiling these secrets, he finds but more of them-the secrets of himself. Now he must embark on a quest to fulfill his destiny, and discover himself.

Charles T. Merrill is a very talented 14-year-old boy who attends Walkersville High School. He currently lives in Walkersville, Maryland.
