About the Author

Dave Olson has lived and worked as an engineer and supervisor / manager in the Upper Midwest for the last 22 years. He has held positions in extremely small, medium and large sized private and public organizations. During his entire career, he has found that observing how employees act and interact in the work place can be completely fascinating.
