About the Book

The Ninth Day is a 36,788 word science fiction/action novella centered in the future in the fictious city of Olympus on a terraformed Earth-like Mars. Nick Meredith and Syrus Kane, two freelancers are drawn into a complex plot to gain control of organized crime in the city. Hired by a criminal organization to find Pricilla Ross, a young woman who has damning information on Fitzgerald Ross, the lead runner in the Olympus governor’s race Nick and Syrus find themselves mixed in a dangerous plot to control all organized crime in the city. Forced to fight for their survival they join forces with a mysterious man who promises them wealth and power. The promises are true, but the pursuit of power leads them down a dark road, and only one will walk away.
