This cookbook is full of fast, yet nutritious meals, some handed down through our family and some from friends over the years. Western, or American, Oriental, Cajun and Vegetarian Recipes. The meals are delightful to eat. I also use some low-fat recipes and give some advice on substitutes to make the foods healthier. Measurements, Seasonings, and Spices are explained. About the Author
Shirley Bragg Farley resides in Coshocton, Ohio, with Allen, her husband of fifty-six years. Shirley is the mother of six children. She graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene College. She has traveled extensively, due to sales in a business she and her husband owned. She is a past member of Rotary International. She enjoys writing, painting, gardening, traveling, and quilting. Her favorite sports are White Water Rafting and Tennis.
