About the Book
This touching and inspirational collection of poems include reflections of the author’s early life in Ireland and his fond memories of a simpler life. He also speaks out against the often harsh existence of the tradesman facing the tyranny of Union power in America. In contrast, other works express the author’s profound faith and the peace and salvation he has found in his belief in Jesus Christ. Thoughtful and witty, his poems follow him into retirement and advancing age and provide the reader with a celebration of life.
