About the Author

Bob Kody is a native Texan who resides in San Antonio. This is Bob’s first published novel. He has two more published by, “The Ghost of Little Fawn” and “After the Buffalo.” Kody is a retired fixed wing and helicopter pilot. He has four children, nine grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. A sequel of Gold Mountain, Return to Gold Mountain, will be published in the near future.
