About the Book

Growing up is hard enough when that's all you have to do, but when you're venturing the journey all alone, it's a lot more difficult. Veri Savone lives in Connecticut with her fish, Bootsy. Ms. Savone is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, with a BA in English. She cherishes her friendships with both women and men, as well a closeness with her mother.
