About the Author

Sharon Bailey is a native of Mercer County, West Virginia. She moved to Smith Mountain Lake, in Bedford County, Virginia, in 1998, where she lives with her husband, R.D., and their son, Todd. She has two married children, Candy and Robbie, and one granddaughter, Haley. Bailey has a Bachelor's degree in Education from Concord College, Athens, West Virginia, and a Master of Arts degree in Secondary Educational Administration from Marshall University of Graduate Studies in Huntington, West Virginia. She is currently teaching at Franklin County High School, in Rocky Mount, Virginia. She has a love for reading and writing and considers her writing abilities as a gift from God.
