About the Book

This is an easy to read, easy to understand, guide to buying a house for the first time. Buying your first home is usually a frightening and unsettling experience. The average person has no clue as to what to expect, how to begin, or what to look for to protect their own interests. This simple guide helps to alleviate the anxieties experienced in your first home purchase. It defines the roles of the buyer, the seller, the realtors, the mortgage companies, attorneys and escrow companies. The glossary contains only those words a first time buyer might reasonably come in contact with.

This is NOT a real estate investment guide, or a get rich quick manual. It is a guide for serious first time buyers who want to go into this transaction armed with the basic facts, and the confidence that comes from knowing the ground rules. Recommended for EVERY first time buyer!!
