About the Author

Harding Stone was the fiction pen name of Julia Stone, who died in 1989. She was well known as a lecturer and writer on the paranormal, hypnotism and esoterica. Butterfingers was written in 1985 and was intended as the first in a short series of mysteries, completely seperate from her non-fiction work.
