About the Author

Brenda Webster is a freelance writer, critic and translator, and president of PEN West. She has written a psychoanalytic study of Blake, as well as two novels: Sins of the Mother's and Paradise Farm. In addition she has co-authored (with Judith E. Johnson) her mother's journal Hungry for Light: The Journal of Ethel Schwabacher.
