Restless and middle-aged he takes a position with a private school on an island paradise in the Pacific. He meets Maria, an island woman and his world is turned upside down.

About the Author

Born in New York City, served in Vietnam. After military service taught school for several years in Portugal, Guam and San Antonio, Texas. Lives in a small town in Texas and spends part of his time in Mexico, a country dear to his heart.
