About the Author

John Fischer is a founding member of several local wine tasting organizations in Omaha, Nebraska, a member and past president of the Omaha Chapter of the International Wine and Food Society, and is past director of a Nebraska Chapter of LADV. He teaches a course on wine tasting and a course on matching wine with food at the Metropolitan Community College Culinary School and lectures about wine at various wine tasting events.
