Mr. Ness has worked the past 40 years in the automotive, commercial, and aerospace industries. He has held positions such as laboratory technician, process engineer, plant manager, quality director, and auditor. Mr. Ness is a CQE, CQA, and holds a bachelor degree in Business from Grand Valley State University.
