About the Author
Edward Hower is the author of nine books, including The Storms of May, his latest novel, and The Pomegranate Princess, a volume of folktales he collected while on Fulbright grants to India. A recipient of a National Endowment for the Arts award, he has written fiction and journalism for The Atlantic, The New York Times, Smithsonian, and many other publications.
