About the Author

Dr Antonio Jose Miguel Feu Rosa was born in February 25th 1934 in Vitoria, Brazil, he graduated from Law School in 1956, was an active criminal lawyer for many years, was elected state House Representative twice and twice member of Congress and was elected for the State Supreme Court in 1982, being its President for two years, in 1994 and 1995. He was also a respected journalist for many years and a Professor of Law at the Federal Law School of Espirito Santo. He is married to Valeria Feu Rosa and has two sons, Dr Pedro Feu Rosa, also a Judge of the Supreme Court and Dr Marcos Feu Rosa, the youngest, already a Judge in Espirito Santo.
