About the Book
The two short novels that make up Echoes—8084 BC and 2084 AD—try to offer a synoptic view of our species' most profound changes over ten thousand years: the relationship between its component male and female elements.
These prepared fictional contexts—one being Neolithic, about which much is known in anthropological terms; the other being futuristic, about which nothing can really be known—allow for the rapid precipitation of situations that induce radical changes in both men and women.
