About the Author

After experiencing Hurricane Katrina in St. Bernard Parish, 17 miles south of New Orleans, I feel that I had to share with the world the havoc of what a hurricane can do to you for the rest of your lives if you do not evacuate. And, the devastation that Hurricane Katrina created with havoc over the Louisiana area and the suffering involved that could have been prevented. As being above a cross in a close call to death is a powerful tool to share with everyone. A blessing. I currently live in St. Tammany Parish. I am happily married with two beautiful children and love being alive and able to be given a second chance at life. And, that as the sign of the cross is more powerful than one would think if you have faith.
