About the Book

Richard E. Boggs's first published book, Collected Works, is a journey into the imagination and life of a gifted writer. With the novella, Roughneck, Boggs brings vivid tales of adventure in the West of the modern era. In the autobiographical Snakebite, Boggs in clear, concise writing takes us on a chilling ride documenting his descent into a dark, alien world of drugs and alcohol. Reminiscent of Charles Bukowski's writings, Richard E. About the Author

Richard E. Boggs is one of four brothers who grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. His father was a physician who loved the outdoors and great books. Richard?s interest in writing and the West was spurred by his imagination and upbringing.
