About the Author
Dr. Baum was Executive Director of the Special Committees on Housing which carried out the free housing market projects. He also was a member of the Mayor?s Task Force on Housing and Relocation. He is the author of more than thirty books. He was a professor at the Indianapolis Law School, Indiana University, and a visiting professor at the College of Law, University of Cincinnati and George Washington University.
