David H. Mickey was born January 7, 1918, Wood Lake, Nebraska. Graduate of high school, 1935, and Nebraska Wesleyan University, 1939. Subsequent degrees from University of Nebraska, 1942 and 1954.
Taught at Garden County High School, Oshkosh, Nebraska, 1939?1941; Peru State College, 1948?1951; Nebraska Wesleyan University 1951?1983.
Military service: May 1942?December 1945.
