Sometimes the good news allows you to live in denial, told don't worry about it, you have common cysts or fibrocystic disease. It is those women I must find and give them Maureen's story, to educate them on what killed Maureen and what you must do to prevent it from happening to you. I know from fact thousands of women are sitting at home happy, told not to worry, but they indeed are on the same path as Maureen, they have breast cancer right now but were told not to worry. They did not receive standard of care in diagnosing treatment and follow up of their breast lump, that is why Maureen made me promise her to tell her story.
