About the Book

This book revolves around the primary assistant to the US President as crisis after crisis evolves. Massive Latin American immigration has flooded Texas, Arizona, New Mexico and California, which are demanding separation from the US. The Mars colony of the US implodes. Sexual mores have deteriorated within the US. India and China have fought a massive war in 2025 resulting in death for hundreds of millions. Israel and the Middle East were decimated in a nuclear war.

About the Author

Mr. Harper is the author of eight novels; a political memoir Unintended Consequences; and a personal memoir, An Enchanted Valley. He holds degrees from the University of Georgia and the Ecole des Sciences Politiques in Paris. He served as a career American diplomat in Austria, Poland, Turkey, Spain, East Germany and West Berlin and a tour in public relations in the Pentagon.
