About the Author
Monica Barry has been writing poetry since her South Korean childhood, and many of her poems were published in literary journals there. She is also an artist and recently won the Lilly Oncology on Canvas International Art Competition. Barry immigrated to the United States in 1982, and she is currently a registered nurse in Houston, Texas.
