About the Author

Mandy Geddis-Capel is an avid writer, teacher and doctoral student. She is also an advocate and dedicated researcher for young writers finding their voice. Mandy was born in 1976 in a small town along the Ohio River and currently lives with her husband and son in Northeast Ohio.
