About the Author

Joseph Fischer is a former lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley. He has published five books on Southeast Asian art. This is his first publishing foray into the gaming world after thirty-five years of playing poker. He is 79 years old, is married with one daughter and two grandchildren. He lives in Berkeley, California only ten minutes away form the Oaks Club.
