About the Book
The retired residents of Wildwood Estates Mobile Home Park in Eugene, Oregon, feel secure in their homes until Harry Wild, the landlord, plans to sell to a developer who will close the park. Eloise Logan, leading the fight against the sale and mass eviction, appeals to her friend, Andy Keller, for help. Harry relies on Andy to manage his apartments, oversee Wildwood Estates, and solve problems both places. Andy, however, has problems of her own as she shuffles valuable cards with a Las Vegas gambler. She is forced to get involved at Wildwood, however, when someone threatens to shoot Harry, and it looks as if that someone might be her friend, Eloise.
About the Author
Jane Capron has been a teacher and an apartment manager and is currently an advocate for mobile home park residents in Oregon.
