About the Author

Fred Falco was a Rehabilitation Counselor for 13 years, during which time he had to write reports to state agencies, attorneys and insurance companies. Fred owned a restaurant and presently lives with his wife Fran, of 53 years in Modesto California. His two children live in Ripon, Calif.
