About the Author

Dr. Michael Keith Simms is a scholar, practitioner, and consultant who specializes in nonprofit management and entrepreneurship. He is the president and founder of Faith Leadership Institute. A graduate of the University of Maryland in College Park and the University of Baltimore, he received his doctorate at Howard University.
