About the Author
Keith W. Sehnert, M. D., the ?George Washington of Medical Self-Care,? was a nationally known expert on wellness and stress management. His career included establishing the Center for Continuing Health Education at Georgetown University, consulting to corporations, writing several books and practicing medicine as a family doctor. His life ended abruptly before this book was published.
