About the Author

John V. Medeiros has an extensive background in real estate appraisals and sales, finance, taxes, life and health insurance and banking. He has served as an appraiser in the Massachusetts Tax Department and as deputy chief appraiser for the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
