About the Book

More by necessity than by design I worked as a substitute teacher for several years. Only in the last two years did I learn how to do it. I developed a system that is effective in controlling classroom behavior in this sometimes difficult situation. I elaborate on it in detail. If you are a substitute teacher, or planning to be one, this booklet will be helpful.

About the Author

I have been a substitute teacher altogether about five years. The average tenure of a substitute teacher is about two weeks in my district. I also hold a masters degree in psychology.
