About the Author
Dr. Evet L. Benjamin-Peet, a mother of two beautiful children and a highly qualified pediatrician, is a graduate of the University of the West Indies, Kingston, Jamaica. She has been in private practice for over a decade and has answered pediatric related questions on live radio programs as well as lectured to many medical and nursing students.
Dr. Benjamin-Peet received her MBA degree for Physician Executives at the Kennesaw State University, Georgia, USA. She graduated with honors in 1999 and was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma honors society for outstanding Business Graduates. Dr. Benjamin-Peet is a member of the American College of Physician Executives. Dr. Benjamin-Peet is acutely aware that patients/parents/ caregivers need more information, therefore this book is designed to address the social, intellectual, emotional and physical well-being of our children.
