About the Book

About the Author

Daron B. Sandbergh is the manager of Leadership and Employee Development for Hospira, Inc., a global manufacturer of hospital products. He is also a faculty member with the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. He has developed leaders in healthcare, customer service, technology, and the federal government.
