About the Author

A former journalist, Paul A. Theis served as executive editor to the President, staff consultant to the U.S. House of Representatives, public relations director of a national political party on Capitol Hill and as a top aide to an Ohio Congressman. He resides with his wife, Nancy, in Washington D.C.
