About the Book
He was an aspiring basketball star. She, the resident scholar. Shawn and Harley Randall had grown close over the years, mostly because of the way their father’s job tended to drag them all over the continent. But this time it was different, and no one can understand why. Even ocean-front property that boasted a breathtaking view of Pacific sunrises and sunsets couldn’t lift the smothering confusion and anxiety that troubled both of them, nor did Jack Randall’s short fuse help. Somehow the brother and sister pair must find a way to adjust to this seemingly perfect world while sorting through the pages of adolescence to find peace again, with a little help from their friends.
