About the Book
The poetic selections in this volume reflect the author's thoughts on a variety of angels, including beings -- so-called real as well as so-called imaginary -- the author has personally encountered during his lifetime; others ponder the author's experiences, real and imaginary, concerning the concept of angels. Some of the angel verses in this selection are based on astrological/planetary attributions and, consequently, reflect Greek, Roman, Qabalistic and Christian mythologies. Others are purely speculative and issue from the author's imagination.
Most of the verses in this poetic selection consider the author's imaginative views of various philosophies, psychologies, cosmologies and quantum physics. Eleven of the eighty four verses in this selection also appear in the author's previous work, TAROT: Poetic Revelations and Other Verses.
About the Author
The author is a student of consciousness studies, dreamwork, visualization techniques, Western and Eastern spiritual/religious philosophies, theoretical quantum physics, and contemporary psychological thought with a Jungian preference. The author also enjoys Star Trek, motorcycles, and NFL.
