Everyone has a secret heart, that for whatever reason they choose not to (or simply can't) show the world. A dark and cloudy face painted beneath a tattered shawl of scars on their souls. Romance is a shadowy thing, cutting our hearts so deep as it slips through our amateur fingers. "G&D" is a tattered, macabre, sweet, grocery list/love letter of these hidden wounds that touch the deepest core of everyone, not just the obvious and unaddressed hunger of devotees of Goth, O'Barr, Trent Reznor, and Rimbaud.

About the Author

Regent St. Claire released his first Glam album in 1985. He began writing music, film reviews, and celebrity interviews for national entertainment magazines after his inevitable sojourn to The City Of (broken) Angels in 1987. He currently lives in Santa Monica, California, routinely delving into the mysteries of getting enough sleep.
