For many, the mind is one’s own. For a few, however, the inner self is a fragmentary and hellish nightmare of darkness, madness, and despair. Join us in a journey of pain, loss, and fragmentation. Join us in the darkness of the divided spirit.

The strong survive indeed, but at what cost? When survival means becoming the Incarnation of Darkness and Death Magic, what then is the nature of survival?

The one has become many, and the singular voice is dead, replaced by the chaotic, dissonant dirge. Is there some power that can possibly turn the screams in the darkness into a chorus of voices? The whole is destroyed, and what remains is a Shattered Crystal.

Chris Todd is a bell choir member of St. John’s Episcopal Church. He lives in Baltimore, in an old brick townhouse, sharing the companionship and love of his partner, Douglas. They lived happily ever after . . .
