About the Book

On a summer vacation tour through Peru, the four Delaluz children miss the bus to Lima for the return trip home to New York City. They take shelter in the Temple of the Sun where the priest, Radam tells them about the legend of the Incas' lost treasure. When Chris finds a golden statue with emerald eyes in a local market, they discover the clues which lead them to Crystal City. As they try to unravel the mystery of Crystal City and the lost Inca treasure, they begin the adventure that would ultimately change their lives.

About the Author

Mary L. Angello has a Ph.D in Sociology and an active interest in primitive and ancient cultures. She resides in Brooklyn where she entertains her five grandchildren with stories of the legends and myths of various cultures.
